The Sixtyone is very good for finding instrumental pieces. Some old favourites:
Scooter Pietsch. Classical. They haven't update their profile in a while but there's some good music available.
Tim Allen. Classical. A very pretty piece that I've loved for a while.
Emancipator. Electronic. I spent ages trying to find this track to buy/download originally, but it's finally found it's way to iTunes :). This track has 6370 hearts and rising.
